We are implementing advanced AI intelligence, agents and agentic automation across the EC project proposal lifecycle to increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability. This transition enables us to deliver high-quality proposal services to a broader range of clients at significantly lower cost. During the current implementation phase, our service remains human-centred, with at least 60% of the work grounded in expert human interaction, oversight, and strategic judgment. In parallel, we maintain a risk-sharing pricing model that reflects the inherent uncertainties of EC proposal acceptance, combining a reduced daily rate with a capped maximum fee to ensure accessibility and affordability for organisations of all sizes, from small NGOs to large entities.

Current Methodology:

​

• Phase 1: Initial Analysis and Strategic Alignment

Our process begins with a thorough examination of the EC's call for proposals. This initial analysis is crucial for aligning your project goals with EU priorities, ensuring that every proposal is strategically positioned for success.

• Phase 2: Strategic Planning and Proposal Conceptualization

We engage in deep strategic planning to develop a robust and collaborative project concept. This phase involves writing the the initial concept Note. Partners are asked to integrate their activities within this initial framework. I extended version of the CN will be used to build the final project proposal.

• Phase 3: Comprehensive Proposal Development

In this phase we gather more detailed information regarding partners activities (with specific template for this purpose). This information will complement the Concept Note when writing the project proposal. During the proposal development stage, we meticulously craft each component, including objectives, methodology, and the project's complementarity with existing initiatives. We focus on creating a persuasive narrative that highlights the consortium's quality, addresses potential risks, and outlines the anticipated project impact and dissemination strategies.

The writing up of the project proposal in this phase is implemented like a Swiss clock. Every section of the proposal should be harmonious and build on the logic proposal framework.

• Phase 4: Final Project Proposal, Stakeholder Engagement and Partnership Coordination

In this phase the advanced version of the project proposal is uploaded to a Google docs online. Partners can provide inputs to the text when needed. Partners provide direct inputs to WPs when needed. We make sure partners use the least of their time on the project, as we know you are all always very busy, making the whole process more smooth, efficient and less costly.

Compliance and Submission

We ensure strict adherence to all EC regulations and manage the precise submission of the proposal. Our meticulous attention to deadlines and formal requirements guarantees that every submission is compliant and timely.

Consortium Agreement Writing and Management

Beyond the initial proposal submission, we draft and manage the Consortium Agreement, coordinating inputs from all partners to ensure seamless collaboration and project execution.
